The 8247-21L server supports up to 28 EXP24S HDD/SSD drawers (5887 or EL1S) for a total of 348 SSD and/or HDD for total of 417 TB using 1.2TB capacity drives. All IBM Power8 Solid State Drives (SSD) and Hard Disk Drives (HDD) for 8247-21L model S812L are IBM Certified and eligible for existing IBM Maintenance Contracts, include warranty and technical support by phone or email.
