IBM EM6Y is a 256GB (2x128GB) 2933 MHz DDIMMs, 16 Gb DDR4 Memory feature for these Power10 servers models S1014 9105-41B, S1022 9105-22A and S1022s 9105-22B. The IBM EM6Y 256GB DDR4 Power10 Memory feature ships as two 128GB DDIMMs providing 256GB of DDR4 memory, and the DRAM is 16Gb and 2933 MHz. The IBM EM6Y memory feature provides 256GB DDR4, and requires two empty DDIMM slots. The IBM EM6Y is supported on IBM i OS400, AIX, VIOS and Linux Server operating systems, and the following IBM Power10 system models:

IBM S1014 9105-41B: 1 TB Maximum in 8 slots
IBM S1022 9105-22A: 4 TB Maximum in 32 slots
