IBM Power6 520 8203 E4A Family iSeries Models
8203-E4A IBMPower6 iSeries Systems support single or dual-core processors on a single or dual-chip planar, and prices starts at $2,000. The 8203-E4A Power6 processors are 64-bit, with 4 MB of L2 Cache per Core and 32 MB of L3 Cache. The 4-core 8203-E4A system can have up to 64 GB (16GB per core) of iSeries memory via eight DDR2 memory DIMM slots. The 8203-E4A Power6 520 contains either six 3.5-inch SAS iSeries disk drive slots for up to 2700 GB of storage, or eight 2.5-inch SAS disk drive bays for up to 1174.4 GB of storage. All IBM Power6 HDD and SSD are direct dock and hot pluggable. A slim media bay is available for a DVD-ROM or DVD-RAM and a half-high media bay is available for a tape drive.
