The IBM 576F PCIe2 4-port 1 GbE adapter has 74Y4064 part number and 5260 5899 EL4L EL4M feature codes. The IBM 576F PCIe2 4-port 1 GbE adapter is a full-height, Gen2 PCIe adapter for IBM Power Systems. The IBM 576F PCIe2 4-port 1 GbE adapter provides four 1-Gb Ethernet ports that can be configured to run at 1 Gbps, 100 Mbps or 10 Mbps. The IBM 576F PCIe2 4-port 1 GbE adapter connects to a network via unshielded twisted pair UTP cable for distances of up to 328 feet. The IBM 576F PCIe2 4-port 1 GbE adapter supports AIX Network Installation Management NIM boot capability, and conforms to the IEEE 802.3ab 1000Base-T standard. Each Ethernet port can be connected by using:

The cables are attached to the copper RJ45 connectors. Each port is independent of one another and supports full-duplex or half-duplex. The half-duplex mode does not support a speed of 1000 Mbps.
