IBM Spectrum Virtualize Software Suite

The IBM FlashSystem 7200 2076-824 and and 2076-U7C family includes large form factor LFF and small form factor SFF 12 Gb SAS expansion enclosure models, as well as a high-density expansion enclosure model. The IBM FlashSystem 7200 2076-12G LFF Expansion Enclosure supports twelve 3.5-inch drives, while IBM FlashSystem 7200 2076-24G SFF Expansion Enclosure supports twenty-four 2.5-inch drives and the IBM FlashSystem 7200 2076-92G Expansion Enclosure supports ninety-two 2.5-inch drives. The IBM FlashSystem 7200 supports 10k rpm disk drives, 7.2k rpm disk drives, and SSD flash drives, and drives of the same form factor can be intermixed within an 2076-824 enclosure and the 2076-12G, 2076-24G and 2076-92G expansion enclosures, as well as with the IBM Storwize V7000 2076-524, 2076-624 and 2076-724 models. Clustering the IBM FlashSystem 7200 systems delivers greater performance, bandwidth, and scalability. The IBM FlashSystem 7200 2076-824 systems can be added into existing clustered systems that include IBM Storwize V7000 systems, IBM FlashSystem 9100 and IBM FlashSystem 9200 9846-AG8, 9848-AG8 and 9848-UG8 models. All FlashSystem 7200 functional capabilities are provided through IBM Spectrum Virtualize Software.
