IBM E1150 9043-MRU Power11 system is a 4U enterprise server built for memory and data intensive workloads for mid to very large companies. The IBM E1150 does not support IBM i OS400 workloads, but runs AIX and Linux server workloads, and can have up to 120 IBM Power11 Server cores and 16 TB of DDR5 memory to support multiple business-critical workloads in hybrid cloud environments. The 9043-MRU Power11 Model E1150 is an ideal choice for maximizing performance and efficiency of high volume transactional database workloads. The IBM E1150 delivers a 55% improvement in per core database performance with a 25% better transactional response time compared to its IBM E950 Power10 predecessor, and provides 20% more rPerf per watt, adding increased performance critical database workloads.
