- Our Managed SIEM service offerings begin with a revamped implementation of your SIEM to optimize alerts, rules and parsing to ensure your SIEM is healthy and configured correctly for your network.
- Upon completion, advanced correlation rules will be added to detect anomalous user and network behavior.
- Security engineers in Mountain Standard Time and Western European Time Zones will then monitor and manage your SIEM 24x7x365 or based on a specified schedule.
- Security engineers will manage SIEM based on flexible terms and conditions based on customer requirements, not a rigid take it or leave it service agreement.
