#2761 is the first in a family of new PCI IOAs based on the latest DSP technology. #2761 will allow the modem function to be integrated into the IOA and will support multiple analog modem port (eight phone lines).

Each #2761 includes eight 30-ft phone cables and a wrap cable/plug.

 

To the iSeries, #2761 looks like a single IOA with eight individual line resources available.

 

Prerequisites: #503X Migration Tower I, #5064/#9364, or #5065/#5066 tower with an available slot under a #2824 or base controller. Each #2761 counts as eight communication lines against the system maximums.
